Never had an issue while using windows, I have booted into Linux live USB and no issue, it only happens with the Windows 10 USB. The screen has no issues at any other time or point. I have removed everything and made a new USB and changed the BIOS settings again, and still get the same results. The screen becomes garbled ( Photo here). I have installed the blank SSD and changed BIOS to legacy and non-secure boot etc., and all seems to go good until the USB is about to kick in.

I tried cloning the drive using Macrium Reflect, but it keeps failing (I have disabled AV etc.) so I decided to use microsofts MediaCreationTool. A few scans show a couple of bad sectors, so I want to remove it and add another (SSD). I have a HP laptop (HP laptop 15 bw0xx) that the hard drive is failing on.
